Leading trade show organiser Koelnmesse offers the food technology industry access to important target markets worldwide.



As Anuga FoodTec, the world's leading supplier trade fair for the food & beverage industry, swings into action in Cologne this week, organiser Koelnmesse presents its expanded brand portfolio for the food technology industry around the globe with a new brand identity. 

“Koelnmesse's FoodTec portfolio is continuously growing and now offers access to significant market potential in India, Italy, Colombia and China,” noted Annkathrin Rasch, Global Brand Manager FoodTec, going on to explain Koelnmesse's strategy. “Trade fair concepts tailored to regional markets thus open up growth opportunities for all market participants.”



The Anuga FoodTec family comprises a total of eight industry events for food production and packaging technology. The new brand identity underscores Koelnmesse's important position as the world market leader for the FoodTec sector.


Competent trade fairs with international appeal


Following the example of Anuga FoodTec, which has developed into the leading supplier trade fair for the international food and beverage industry since its premiere in 1996, the individual events will be built up into competent trade fairs with an international appeal, although the relevant regional conditions and requirements will be taken into account in each case. Each individual event is thus given its own identity and positioning. 



Koelnmesse has stated that customers will benefit from the organiser’s considerable know-how in the FoodTec sector, in the respective international markets – from the international sales network and from the brand strategy that is played out internationally. Cross-marketing and cross-communication create considerable synergies for all partners and customers involved.
