The new Mex-It-Up burger – a Veganuary special created by leading restaurant chain Byron – has officially landed, packing a punch that combines sweetness and spice.

 

Inspired by Tex-Mex flavours, this burger – designed specifically for Veganuary 2023 – has been put together by Byron in partnership with Meatless Farm. 

 

Comprising a Meatless Farm vegan chicken breast, smashed avocado, tangy pickled jalapeños, homemade chipotle ketchup and a special spiced vegan cheddar (created using Byron’s signature spice blend), topped with crunchy shredded iceberg lettuce and a slice of tomato to add freshness, Byron’s latest Veganuary offering undoubtedly goes big on taste.

 

Available nationwide at all Byron Burger restaurants (or to order via Deliveroo), the new burger is priced at £8.50 – or make it a meal with a side of fries and a drink for £12.50. Available from 3–31 January 2023.
