Naked adds two new breakfast smoothies to its range

Naked Smoothies – the UK’s number one functional smoothie brand, from Tropicana Brands Group – has launched two new breakfast smoothies: Naked Strawberry & Banana, and Naked Pineapple & Passionfruit.

With 38 per cent of smoothies drank in the mornings (Kantar WorldPanel Juice Database 2022), the new smoothies have been developed in response to consumer demand for simpler flavour combinations in the mornings. The beverages have been expertly crafted to be “perfectly simple, perfectly tasty and bursting with flavour for a colourful morning boost”, according to the brand.

Naked Strawberry & Banana smoothie is made with juicy strawberries, smooth banana, tangy apples and sour cherries, while Naked Pineapple & Passionfruit is made with tasty pineapple, tangy passionfruit, juicy apples and smooth banana.

Making mornings more colourful

Both varieties are “packed with vitamin C and provide one of your five a day”, according to Naked. Moreover, the beverages contain only naturally occurring sugars from the fruits within each bottle, “to help give drinkers a morning lift and kickstart their day the right way”.

The launch of the new smoothies is being supported by a through-the-line media campaign to bring to life Naked’s new brand platform, encouraging drinkers to make their mornings more colourful by starting the day with a Naked Smoothie. The launch is also the first in Naked’s new brand packaging, which features a more premium look and feel.

Best enjoyed chilled, straight from the fridge, the two smoothies are available in 300ml (RRP £2.60) and 750ml (RRP £3.75) bottles, and are available now at Tesco, Sainsbury’s and independents.
