Global exhibitions leader Informa Markets has announced the appointment of Janice Lee as new Event Director for FHA-Food & Beverage and FHA-HoReCa – the internationally acclaimed business platforms for Asia’s food, beverage and hospitality sectors. 

Presently Event Director for HOFEX, Ms. Lee takes over with immediate effect from Martyn Cox, who will be returning to the UK in May. 

 

Bringing more than 20 years of experience working within Informa Markets – driving sales excellence and running successful events – to her expanded role as the Event Director for both FHA events and HOFEX, Janice Lee will lead the Food Teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong respectively, and will oversee the overall performance and successful execution of both event brands.

 

In October 2020, Ms. Lee was appointed Event Director for Informa Market’s portfolio of food shows in Hong Kong – and since then, she has successfully navigated the disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and delivered the live edition of HOFEX 2021 alongside the event’s virtual component HOFEX Connect, with strong feedback from key stakeholders and customers.

Reinforcing synergy, strengthening collaboration

FHA-Food & Beverage will be held from 5-8 September 2022, and FHA-HoReCa returns from 25-28 October 2022 – both will take place at the Singapore Expo. 

HOFEX will be held from 10-12 May 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
