Considering the current situation in Thailand and believing that the health of attendees is paramount, organisers of THAIFEX ANUGA ASIA 2021 have decided to reschedule the premier on-ground event and solely focus instead on all online activities this year.

The physical THAIFEX ANUGA ASIA event will return from 24–28 May 2022 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand. 

In the interim, THAIFEX ANUGA ASIA’s organisers will focus on THAIFEX Virtual Trade Show (Thaifex VTS), which is scheduled to run the Online Business Matching (OBM) and all virtual activities from this day onward. The big event online will be from 29 September to 3 October 2021. THAIFEX VTS is set to play a key role for the Thai Exporters who are seeking International Buyers this year. 

“We are also excited to share that THAIFEX ANUGA ASIA is planning to stage a couple of exclusive business matching events towards the end of 2021 to assist the exhibitors who are seeking to meet Thai Buyers,” the organisers of the event said in a statement, adding that more information will be provided in the next few weeks. 

Solid partnership 

In a joint statement, the show’s organisers said: “We believe that with the joint efforts of the three organisers (Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), and Koelnmesse (KM) – will connect our exhibitors with the right target buyers to promote their products through our online programmes and platform,” it read. 

“The organisers of THAIFEX Anuga Asia remain committed to create an impactful platform in May 2022, to support all stakeholders to continue business through networking opportunities within the professional F&B industry,” the statement added.
