IRI Consumer Spending tracker reveals impact of Covid-19 on shopper behaviour – and the implications for FMCG

Big data, analytics and insights company, IRI, is now pulling together regular trackers on the impact of Covid-19 on consumer spending and the implications for FMCG retailers and manufacturers/brands.
Updated weekly, these reports track developments across the industry to help clients understand the changes in consumer and shopper behaviour across categories, brands, channels and retailers in areas affected by the virus, including the UK, US, France, Italy and NZ.
The aim is to help FMCG companies determine how to handle promotions, out of stocks, pricing and assortment in order to meet the current challenges.
