The exhibitor application period has begun for the 2021 edition of Anuga FoodTec – the leading international supplier fair for the food and beverage industry. Interested parties have been advised by organiser Koelnmesse to secure their positions early on in order to benefit from the favourable conditions currently on offer for the event in Cologne.

 

Being quick off the mark pays off: Anuga FoodTec is being staged from 23–26 March 2021 in the western German city of Cologne. A shout-out from Koelnmesse this week means that companies interested in participating at the premier event can now book their trade fair presence at the best conditions. 


Benefits of this current early bird phase include a greater option in terms of securing the best stand positions at Anuga FoodTec; early bookers can also save €20 per metre-square on their stand space. 

 

The early bird phase of Anuga FoodTec 2021 ends on 14th February 202 – over three months earlier than has been the case for previous editions of the event, in order to allow for more planning time.

Exploring the industry’s top themes

 

Anuga FoodTec 2021 is open for trade visitors from 23–25 March 2021 from 9:00am to 6:00pm and on 26th March – the last day of the event – from 9:00am to 4:00pm. 

At the next Anuga FoodTec, the trade visitors can once again look forward to an offer of suppliers from the food and beverage sector that is unique in terms of its breadth and depth. In addition to the trends and new products of the sector, the industry's top themes will be presented in an attention-grabbing and practical manner. For example, for the first time dedicated sections are planned for ‘Digitalisation’, ‘Automation’, ‘Environment & Energy’, and ‘Intralogistics’ as well as 'Science & Pioneering'. Anuga FoodTec 2021 will be perfectly enhanced by an extensive and target group-oriented event programme, which will offer the trade visitors additional added value. 

In 2018, Anuga FoodTec achieved a record result: More than 50,000 trade visitors from 154 countries gained insight in Cologne as to the innovations and further developments of the supplier industry. In total, 1,657 exhibitors took part in the leading international supplier fair for the food and beverage industry.
